The Nick Jr. Mega Music Game was an online flash game on nickjr.com, released sometime before August 2010. It was made to promote the Nickelodeon Mega Music Fest.

The game features 4 different Nick Jr. shows: The Fresh Beat Band, Team Umizoomi, Ni-Hao, Kai-lan, and Dora the Explorer. In every show, you can mess around with the show's theme song as the main characters of the show dance around or play along to the music, and sing the song. Milli, Geo, and Bot are featured in their song.
There are several options for customizability:
- Enabling or disabling several or all instruments
- Keys, Guitar, Drums, Bass, and Vocals
- Speeding up and slowing down the tempo

- This was released in 2010 which was in the middle of Season 1 airing, so Milli's vocals are done by her Season 1 voice actor Sophia Fox.
- Team Umizoomi's theme song is notably missing the "Bah-ba-da" parts.
- The theme song is called "umisong" in the game files.
- The team are singing in a room in the Fountain Headquarters that was only used in the episode The Kite Festival where Milli played Hide-and-Seek.
- The Fresh Beat Band and Team Umizoomi theme songs feature a guitar, keyboards, a bass, and a drum.
- The Ni Hao, Kai-lan theme song features a guitar itself, keyboards themselves, a bass itself, and a xylophone instead of a drum.
- The Dora the Explorer theme song features a trumpet instead of a guitar, keyboards themselves, a tuba instead of a bass, and a xylophone instead of a drum itself.
- The only instrument to be featured in all the theme songs is the keyboards.
- The original and canceled Moose A. Moose order is The Fresh Beat Band, Dora the Explorer, Team Umizoomi, and Ni Hao, Kai-lan, and the updated and permanent Dora order is The Fresh Beat Band, Team Umizoomi, Ni Hao, Kai-lan, and Dora the Explorer.
- In the original and canceled Moose A. Moose version, the Team Umizoomi Theme comes after the Dora the Explorer Theme, and in the updated and permanent Dora version, it comes after the Fresh Beat Band Theme.
