UmiCar is asked by Team Umizoomi to compete in The Race Around Umi City in order to win the grand prize, a giant bunch of balloons, for their friend Sam. However, the competition includes UmiCar's rival, the big blue Dump Truck, who's a big unfair racer and will stop at nothing to win!
Intro: The Race Around Umi City
Introduces the types of vehicles, big or small, that race around Umi City, including the Dump Truck who already starts his mischief and pops Sam's balloon and then makes fun of UmiCar but he is smaller. He does not think UmiCar should win the Grand Prix.
UmiCar Joins the Race
The objective is to pass all nine other vehicles and beat Dump Truck in order to win the race and the prize of Balloons for Sam.
Bouncy Ball Bridge
Dump Truck lifts up a drawbridge but Milli uses her Pattern Power to bounce up the beach balls in the river in sequence: small, small, big.
Since Dump Truck has spilled dirt over UmiCar, Bot determines that he is going to figure out he uses his math skills to find a way out by going through the nearby tunnel pipe suages.
The steering wheel has broken in half after Dump Truck threw a bucket of soapy bubbles. Geo has to build the shapes to make up the other half to make UmiCar go back on the road again.
Last Leg of the Race
The counting speed makes UmiCar go faster in order to pass the Dump Truck and win the race.
Conclusion: Balloons for Everyone
