Episode Description[]

The Team's friend Travis and his mom were on their way to his soccer game when their car got a flat tire! It's up to Team Umizoomi to get to Travis and fix his tire in time for his game. And with Bot's Robo-Tools, they can fix anything! [1]

Summary[]

Team Umizoomi has to use Bot's Robo Tools to get to their friend Travis, so they can fix the flat tire on his car, so he can get to his upcoming soccer game on time.

Synopsis[]

Intro: Robo-Tools[]

Team Umizoomi is seen in their Fix-It Room at home in The Fountain Headquarters. The Fix-It Room is where they fix things that are broken. How do they fix them? They used Bot's Robo Tools, special tools that can fix anything if used at the right time. The team then sings about those neat tools and how they all work. Bot is surely glad to have plenty of tools handy… especially now!

Flat Tire[]

The Umi-Alarm rings on Bot, and he responds immediately. The team's friend Travis has to get to his upcoming soccer game, but a tire on his mom's car popped along the way. Luckily, they do have a spare tire. However, they don't have any tools to replace the flat tire with the spare tire. So, Bot promised him that he will come by with the rest of the team and use his Robo-Tools to fix the tire. But, they have to hurry because Travis's soccer game will be starting really soon. The team assures him that they will get to him ASAP. Their mission then begins as the "Time For Action" song plays.

Hungry Horse Ride[]

Bot's Robot Computer tells the team that the car Travis needs to fix had stopped on Watermelon Street, which is a long walk. Milli points out that the fastest way is through a horse park, where people get rides around the park in carriages pulled by horses. The team finds three (3) horses that pull a carriage who are willing to use it to give the team a ride, but at that point, all 3 of those horses are out of energy, and they tiredly sit on the ground. Milli looks in a picnic basket on the carriage and finds one (1) burrito, which all the horses want. With a little help from Umi-Friend, Bot uses one of his Robo-Tools, in this case his saw, to cut the burrito into three (3) equal pieces. He then feeds the burrito slices to the horses, and they then get a sudden energy boost. After going a bit of the distance, the horses get tired again. Geo finds a grilled cheese sandwich in the picnic basket, which the horses also all want. Bot cuts the sandwich into three (3) equal pieces, and then the sandwich gives the horses an even bigger energy boost. Apparently, the horses get tired yet again! Milli looks in the picnic basket and finds a cheese pizza, which is the one of the horses' favorite foods. Though this one was more tricky to cut equally compared to the other two (2) foods, Bot was luckily able to also cut the circle pizza into equal thirds. The pizza gave the horses their biggest energy boost yet, and their energy level jumped so high that time, the horses galloped the rest of the way through the horse park without stopping. The team hops out of the carriage, thanks the horses for the ride, and continues their way to Watermelon Street.

Shoes in the Wind![]

There's a shortcut to Watermelon Street though the Shoe Factory. While inside, the team finds three (3) robots making shoes: a red robot making sneakers, a blue robot making flip-flops, and a yellow robot making cowboy boots. However, one by one, the Shoe Robots lose their special bolts that keeps them in control. Now the robots are going haywire and make shoes go flying everywhere! Now it is kinda dangerous to get through the factory, courtesy of all the shoes being thrown all over the place. The only way to get through the Shoe Factory is to fix the robots. Geo uses his super skates to grab all the bolts without being hit by any shoes. Bot uses wrenches of different shapes to fix each of the robots, one at a time. The red robot has a pentagon-shaped bolt on his back, the blue robot had an octagon-shaped bolt, and the yellow one had a hexagon-shaped bolt. Soon after the robots are fixed, things are back to normal at the factory. Now the team can go through the factory. After they walk out through the back door, Bot gets a call from Travis, who is wondering if the team is close to getting there. Bot promises him that they'll be there ASAP, but the soccer game is starting real soon.

Engine Pattern[]

Along the route to the fastest way to Watermelon Street, there's a huge cliff, and the only way up is by taking the Umi City Tram. Apparently, before Team Umizoomi could get in the tram, they discover that its driver is DoorMouse, who tells them that the tram is closed because the engine is broken. They decide to look at the engine, which is really steamy. Milli finds out that there are some parts to each of the three (3) compartments that are missing. The parts to each compartment in the engine are supposed to be lined up in a certain pattern: a brown spring came first, a purple gear came second, and a blue fan came third, and then the sequence repeats. Using her Pattern Power, Milli figures out which parts are missing. The first compartment was missing a fan, the second was missing a spring, and the third was missing a gear. Luckily, DoorMouse has a bunch of spare parts stored in the tram. Bot uses his Robo-Pliers to carefully place each part where it goes. Soon, the tram's engine is fixed and starts running again. DoorMouse then turns on the tram, and it begins to move up the cliff. The team looks down and see the Umi City Zoo below them. When they reach the top of the cliff, they hop out of the tram, thank DoorMouse for the tram ride, and continue to Watermelon Street.

The Sticky Spiders[]

There's a fork in the road along the way, as the path splits into two (2) separate directions; one path goes over a hill while the other path goes through a tunnel. While both of those routes lead to Watermelon Street, they are different lengths. The team needs to take the path that's shorter to get to Travis sooner. Using Bot's Robot Computer, they discover that the hill path is nine (9) units long, and the path through the tunnel is four (4) units long, which means that the tunnel is shorter, so the team needs to go through it to get to Travis. They immediately enter the tunnel, but while they walk through it, Geo hears some crawling sounds. The sound is revealed to be Sticky Spiders, tiny spiders that are really sticky. Bot sees the tunnel the spiders are coming out of and uses his hammer and a piece of wood to hammer the wood on their entrance and block their path. It wasn't the last of the Sticky Spiders though. Other Sticky Spiders are seen attempting to come out of different numbered tunnels along the way. Some came out of the third tunnel, some more came out of the sixth tunnel, and even more came out of the eleventh tunnel. Neither of those spiders could get to the team thanks to Bot hammering pieces of wood on their tunnel paths. Soon, the team makes it out of the tunnel and at last arrives at their destination, on Watermelon Street!

Team Umizoomi, Ready to Fix It![]

The team immediately finds Travis and his mom near their purple car. Now, Bot can use his Robo-Tools to fix the car so Travis and his mom can use it to get to the soccer game. Bot places his Robo-Jack under the car to lift the flat tire up, and then he removes the five (5) lug nuts in the middle with his Robo-Ratchet to take the flat tire off, and replace it with the spare tire, which Geo brings to Bot. After which, he puts the lug nuts back in their places, and gets the new tire back on the road. The car is then good as new, and ready to drive again. Now, the team’s mission is completed!

Conclusion: To the Soccer Game![]

Travis is so proud of the team for fixing his tire, that he wants them to also come see his soccer game. Team Umizoomi takes a ride in the fixed car to the soccer field where Travis’s soccer game is. In addition, the standing ovation during the soccer game is inevitable, as Travis is seen scoring the first goal! The team is very proud of all the hard work they did to make this memorable moment happen, so they celebrate with the Crazy Shake! The soccer players also join in on the celebration before the team signs off, ending the episode.
