The Shape Splitter is one of Geo's shape tools. It is a sword made of many colored different shapes, used to cut shapes into smaller parts. It was first used in Season 3.

Geo's Shape Splitter is a colorful energy sword that can slice any shape in many different ways. He sometimes uses it when the parts to things that the team needs is in halves or shapes that are irregular.
The way it works is that Geo tells the viewer the shapes he needs to split, and asks them to call those shapes out when they see one fly by. After the building part is done, he turns the shapes into the final product by singing "Super Shapes!"
A similar interactive activity was seen in the episode "Boardwalk Games!," where Geo plays a video game called "Shape Blaster."
